Quality Policy Statement

MA Solutions Ltd. exists to provide a professional and high quality water treatment consultancy service to its clients in order to consistently achieve 100% customer satisfaction through the development of trusted and long term mutually beneficial relationships with both our clients and supply chain partners.

This policy is achieved through compliance with the requirements of the Management System described in this Business Manual, which in turn ensures compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 Standard, as well as appropriate statutory and regulatory requirements. Continuous improvement of the business is facilitated through measurement of the levels of services delivered to our customers, underpinned by the key business objectives (see 1.5), then acting upon the results of these measures to ensure any perceived shortcomings are acted upon.

To this end, the quality management system is reviewed at appropriate intervals and enhanced wherever possible based on both internal measures and input from stakeholders.

Environmental Policy Statement

We are committed to continually improving our environmental performance and have developed an environmental management system (EMS) to achieve this in a structured way. The company will provide the human and financial resources required to implement this EMS.

We have developed environmental performance indicators to help us to assess our current and future level of environmental performance. This will also enable us to benchmark our performance against both similar companies and industry standards.

It is our Policy to:

  • Integrate environmental management into our day-to-day business operations to ensure environmental issues are addressed, whilst providing a quality product to all our customers.

  • Comply with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations and requirements.

  • Reduce our use of natural resources such as energy and water.

  • Re-use resources whenever possible rather than dispose of them.

  • Encourage the use of recycled materials and recycling initiatives.

  • Prevent pollution by reducing emissions and discharges.

  • Provide appropriate environmental awareness training for all our people and encourage them to support this programme.

  • Promote communication with internal and external interested parties and respond appropriately to reasonable requests for information about our environmental performance.

  • Ensure that all our people, our customers and the general public can access our policy.

This policy is achieved through the implementation and continuous development of an Environmental Management System (EMS) that meets the requirements of the international Standard ISO 14001:2004, as well as any statutory requirements that may apply to the business.
